Binding: 18th-century gold-tooled red goatskin;  covers have a border of decorative rolls with an ornament at the inner corners;  gold-tooled spine;  gilt-edged leaves;  marbled endpapers.   Size:  308 x 212 mm.
Leaf size: 300 x 199 mm.
Annotations: A few marginal annotations, nota marks, manicules and underlining in quire A; instructions to binder on A1r ‘CELSVS / PINZI / VEN / 1497’.
Decoration: Initials supplied in alternate blue and red throughout, some with reserved white.
