Note: In this copy the type of the final page of text (a poem in praise of printing) has been only partially inked and, apart from a few line endings, is printed very faintly.

Binding: Covers consist of a folded incunable leaf - identified by John Lancaster, Emeritus Curator of Special Collections, Amherst College Library, as f. 447 (i.e. [aa]7 in the BMC supplied collation, II, 413, IC. 7137), extracted from Rainerius de Pisis, Pantheologia (Nuremberg: Anton Koberger, 1477);  inserted at the front and probably intended as a pastedown is the upper half of f. 445 (i.e. [aa]5 in the BMC collation) extracted from the same source;  paper label with manuscript title ‘Repertorium Aristotelicum: 1490’ added to spine;  thin parchment guards from a medieval manuscript visible between m8 and n1 and between n5 and n6.   Size: 200 × 143 mm.
Leaf size: 198 x 143 mm.
Annotations: On title-page a1r “Beda P[resbyt]er”;  brief early marginal annotations on c6r, k1r and, in a different hand, on l5v, m5r, n4v, n5r;  nota marks on n8v, n9r;  occasional underlining and manicules;  unread inscription on a1v.
Decoration: None.
Imperfections: Wanting the blank n10.
