Culture in some areas is resistant to change. 

Main focus areas are around people, embedding values, engaging leadership team in creation of IT strategy, plan and rollout strategy and values with a people focus with emphasis on delivering excellent service.

New Vice Principal and Member of University Executive

Newly appointed external candidate. Professor for 20 years in another Russell Group university. 

Needs some coaching to help build confidence and ‘navigating’ growing income in five key areas and developing a five-year Strategic Plan. 

Service Director

Reporting to one of the Vice Principals, they have a focus on growth, strategy delivery and leading activity aligned with both University and Unit strategy. 

They need to nurture key business relationships with key stakeholders.

Their main challenge is to create energy around strategy, engagement activities aligned with the five-year strategy.
