Further success in April 2021 Athena Swan award round

A new Silver award and Bronze renewal for two Schools.
James Watt School of Engineering gained a new Silver award and the School of Computing Science renewed their Bronze award in the April 2021 round of the Athena Swan charter. Congratulations to all involved in putting together their submissions! This brings the number of Schools and Research Institutes who hold Silver awards to 12 with 11 holding Bronze awards.
