Professorial and Grade 10 Staff Performance & Reward Policy

Professorial and Grade 10 professional services staff are instrumental to the realisation of the University’s strategic goals and ambitions.  Zone/Band Based Pay & Reward was introduced for these groups in January 2012, providing a pay and remuneration framework that is consistent, transparent and fair, and which reflects equality of opportunity with respect to development and career progression.
