The following are externally delivered leadership and personal development programmes, which have been designed to tackle under representation of those who identify with a Protected Characteristic within management and leadership roles in UK higher education institutions.
If you wish to participate in any of these programmes you must discuss it with your line manager, as part of your annual Performance Development Review.
