Change to default file sharing options from 2 June

To better protect University data, files shared across Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams) will default to "People you choose" from Tuesday 2 June. This means that you will be prompted to select which specific people need to access the files.
"Anyone" links that are available to everyone without signing in will automatically expire after 30 days. You may need to re-share files shared in this way if they are still required after that period.
This change will help to avoid over-sharing and improve our ability to protect sensitive data by ensuring that files are only accessible to the right people for the right amount of time.
UofG Helpdesk Self Service access

We are aware of an issue currently affecting access to UofG Helpdesk Self Service.
The vendor is working to fix the issue, and updates will be shared as soon as we have them.
