Health and Wellbeing for All
This free event is for anyone interested in accessible healthy lifestyle activities and information about improving health and wellbeing for all. This event is part of Scottish Learning Disability Week, which is about celebrating people with learning disabilities and increasing awareness of the challenges they face every day.

The event is open to all and may be of particular interest to people with learning disabilities, neurodivergent people, disabled people, families and carers, and the people and organisations who support them.
We'll be joined by partners including DatesnMates, Mind and Draw, Wel-co.me, Disability Sport Glasgow, Speech Bubble, Glasgow Life and more TBC, who will be offering a variety of activities and information covering many aspects of health and wellbeing, from sport and fitness opportunities, sexual health, social connection, creative arts and accessible facilities across Glasgow.
We'll also have researchers from the Scottish Learning Disabilities Observatory sharing the latest research about healthy lifestyle behaviours for supporting good health.
