GLEAM Festival 2025
GLEAM (Glasgow Electronic and Audiovisual Media Festival) returns on Thursday 30th October with a packed programme of performances and presentations.

Expect to have your ears, eyes and mind energised by live experiments in analogue tape and media memory, musical messages and field recordings from the future, experimental films, otherworldly soundscapes, audiovisual compositions, and more.
This year's event includes a takeover of Music in the University's lunchtime concert series, featuring a performance lecture by our special guest - intermedia artist and composer Marko Ciciliani, who presents a fictional history of the electric guitar.
Throughout the day, we present a selection of the fantastic work made by recent graduates on UofG's MSc in Creative Sound Design and Audiovisual Media, as well as by current doctoral researchers in Music, Sonic and Audiovisual Arts, alongside a live performance and accompanying lecture by special guest composer, artist and performer, Marko Ciciliani.
Presentations and performances by Jenny Wicks, Stevie Jones, Urvi Bhattacharya, Rhobet Blackburn, Bowen Wu, Maria Christina Michael, Patrick Shepherd, Yang Lui, Callum Knight, and Marko Ciciliani.
This event is free and unticketed.
Glasgow University Concert Hall is accessible to wheelchair users, via lift access.
