Visit our striking new visual exhibition to mark the Advanced Research Centre’s first birthday. Through text and image, we asked the University’s research community to think upon their own research-inspired firsts conveying moments of revelation and discovery.
The Research Firsts display captures the broad range of ideas we received back and includes depictions of the first time something is understood, observed, or demonstrated. This exhibition conveys a spirit of curiosity and discovery while featuring some quite personal insights around research as a career path.
