Please join us to celebrate Art & Global Health Center Africa (ArtGlo)'s recent win of a UN SDG Action Award. The SDG Action Awards is an international UN initiative recognising exceptional contributions towards the Sustainable Development Goals, and attracted over 2000 applicants from 142 countries. We are delighted that our Make Art Stop AIDS (MASA) Youth project won the Creative category!

Learn about the MASA Youth project from programme leader Sharon Kalima, get a taste of our creative approaches and network with like-minded colleagues over drinks and snacks. Tuesday, 28th May, 5pm at QMU, free entry.

ArtGlo is a Malawian charity that harnesses the power of the arts to nurture creative leadership, and ignite bold conversations and action. We're collaborating on this event with two University of Glasgow partnerships that we're part of: Culture and Bodies, using arts to prevent non-communicable diseases and the Sustainable Futures in Africa Network, an interdisciplinary network aiming to build understanding, research and practice in socio-ecological sustainability in Africa.
