Join LEADS staff for our monthly Scholarship Lunch as we look at the various stages of scholarship. Each month we focus on one particular stage and invite expert facilitators to join our conversation.
The intention is that all staff engaged in, or wishing to become in engaged in, Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) should find these lunches helpful. For example, those who are entirely new to teaching may find it helpful to talk about how to plan, implement, and evaluate teaching while being ‘scholarly’ in the process. Those who have been involved in SoTL for longer may prefer to take the opportunity to find out what other scholars are doing and to offer to help to support and mentor colleagues. Others might wish to undertake some collaborative or interdisciplinary research and decide to use these lunches as a networking opportunity.
Tea and coffee will be provided and you are encouraged to bring your own ‘brown bag’ lunch.
