The aim of this course is to provide students with the opportunity to design a creative popular music project which they will be able to critically evaluate.

Intended Learning Outcomes of Course

By the end of the course students should be able to:

Produce a popular music artefact through composing/performing/recording that has demonstrable aesthetic goals
Display an understanding of compositional and/or performance development processes
Critically evaluate their work
Demonstrate, as appropriate, effective technical and artistic control
