Course Aims

To allow students to gain experience of the world of work, particularly in the context of a Law Firm and to have practical exposure to the operation of law in real contexts

Intended Learning Outcomes of Course

By the end of the placement students will:
be able to work effectively in the context of a legal firm
have an understanding of how legal rules are put into practice to resolve legal disputes
have an understanding of the concerns of members of the public faced with legal problems
be able to write reflectively about their experiences
