University of Glasgow spin-out hails milestone breakthrough in hydrogen energy process

Clyde Hydrogen has successfully completed the build of its first fully integrated prototype system, representing a strong validation in the company’s technology & a milestone moment in the business’ growth journey. A spin-out from UofG’s School of Chemistry, this revolutionary technology uses a decoupled electrolysis process which aims to make using hydrogen as an alternative to fossil fuels significantly safer, simpler and cheaper in comparison to conventional systems available today.
