Professor Miles Padgett gave talk at Photonics West 2013 in San Francisco
Photonics West is the world's largest Optics Conference with over 15,000 participants. Miles Padgett was invited as one of the 18 plenary lecturers presenting a lecture entitled "Light in a Twist: Optical Angular Momentum" recognising Glasgow's leadership in this field.
