The team aim to reduce the barriers to clinical translation by enabling access to critical resources and information, identified as key requirements for research progression.
Digital Data and digital clinical technologies are changing traditional drug discovery and medical developments. This accelerating trend towards digitalisation, combined with the ever advancing clinical and translational research requires access to clinical data and an understanding of its use and regulation.
The TRI provide access to a list of useful links and resources on the main Data Access points in the UK, along with the organisations that provide access to the datasets. Furthermore, our online resources feature signpost access to information on the General Data Protection Regulation for the use of clinical datasets in research.
