Professor Nlerum Okogbule (PhD 2012) has been appointed Vice Chancellor of the Rivers State University in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
Professor Nlerum Sunday Okogbule has been appointed Vice Chancellor of the Rivers State University in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
Previous to his appointment as Vice Chancellor Professor Okogbule was the Dean of Postgraduate School and former Dean of the Faculty of Law at the Rivers State University.
Professor Okogbule gained his PhD from the University of Glasgow School of Law in 2012.
