Two UofG Engineering alumni wanted as trustees for GU68 Engineering Trust

The GU68 Engineers Trust are looking for two new Trustees. The Trustees must be graduates from the University of Glasgow. They are expected to attend two meetings a year where the awards are considered, and some more informal meetings with students and staff.

The GU68 Engineers Trust, a Scottish Registered Charity, was formed by Engineering graduates from the University of Glasgow in 1968 and wished to give something back. The Trust itself was established in 2004 with the purpose of advancing education, in particular for the study of engineering at the University of Glasgow, by the provision of bursaries for students and sponsorship of final year projects. Details of our awards can be found on our website.

The posts are voluntary and the Trustees bear their own expenses.

If interested, please apply in the first instance by e-mail to secretary@guengtrust.org.uk
