How we process your information
To facilitate your attendance at this event we will produce a name badge detailing your name and your subject of study as it appears in our records. The year in which you graduated may also be included. Your name will appear on a registration list accessed only by authorised persons of the University of Glasgow and used only for the purpose of checking you in to the event. This list will not be retained and will be destroyed following the event. Your name may also appear on any table plans or place cards produced for the event, if appropriate.
