There are three types of scholarships:

  1. The SGSAH (Scottish Graduate School of Arts and Humanities) Doctoral Scholarships funded by the AHRC Doctoral Training Partnership Scholarship scheme and by the Scottish Funding Council. These studentships cover fees for UK and EU students, and provide a generous stipend for UK students.
  2. The University of Glasgow College of Arts Internship studentships. These scholarships are open to UK/EU AND International applicants; they cover fees and provide a stipend.

Please contact Professor Fraser MacBride if you are interested in applying for either of these awards. The final deadline for applications is 6 January. But please get in touch before the end of December, as applicants must hold an offer of a PhD place from Glasgow University to apply. Details on applying for a PhD.
