Biography

I am a postdoctoral research associate in the Glasgow Interaction Systems Section (GIST), currently working with Prof. Simone Stumpf on the PHAWM project: "Participatory Harm Auditing Workbenches and Methodologies". In this project we use a user-centred approach to develop tools and processes to support stakeholders without background knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to evaluate AI systems.

I previously worked within Prof. Stephen Brewster's Multimodal Interaction Group on the project RadioMe, an interdisciplinary project aiming to support people with dementia in their own home with adaptive radio, which integrated a reminder system into the live radio stream and agitation detection with wearable devices and agitation mitigation with calming music, and the ENTER project.

I finished my PhD project "Investigation of Thermal Feedback for In-Car Applications" at the University of Glasgow, after receiving my Bachelor's and Master's degree in Media Informatics at the University Ulm, Germany.
