Are you healthy, inactive and over 60 years of age?

Volunteers Wanted

There is some data to suggest that krill oil may increase muscle mass and strength in older adults, but we do not know if it has any benefits on top of muscle strengthening (resistance) exercise training.

The aim of this study is to determine whether krill oil supplementation enhances effects of a pragmatic resistance exercise program on changes in muscle strength and size in inactive older >60 years of age.

If you are healthy, inactive and over 60 years of age? Participants will get a £50 voucher on completion of the study.

If you are interested in taking part or want more details, please contact us at Koreastudy@glasgow.ac.uk
