MVLS PGR Seminar

You may remember that earlier in the year we sent a survey out to gauge interest in a cross-school seminar series within MVLS. We are pleased to announce that after a positive response the first of these events has been scheduled for 3-5pm on Friday 18th July in the Davidson Lecture Theatre (Davidson building, main campus).

Please do register (just so we can get an idea of numbers for pizza) and submit an abstract using the link below or QR code on the flyer (attached). There are multiple options for length of talk available and we’re keen to have speakers covering a broad range of topics and encourage different styles of presentations – whether it’s a technique your lab use that you think others could benefit from, a recent study you’d like to share or future research plans and ideas!

The deadline for abstracts is 13th June after which we’ll let speakers know and circulate a final agenda.

We’ve also allocated some time at the end of the session for feedback and discussion surrounding how to move forwards with the series in the future so do come with ideas to share!
