Host-Pathogen Interactions

‌
Understanding the molecular basis by which bacterial pathogens interact with their human and animal hosts, with the ultimate goal of identifying targets for prophylactic or therapeutic treatment of disease. We are particularly interested in hospital-acquired pathogens, animal and zoonotic pathogens and antibiotic-resistant super bugs.

The theme leader for Host-Pathogen Interactions is Dr Andrew Roe.
