British Muslim's Achievement Award
In 2002 Azra Meadows was awarded a British Muslim's Achievement Award, at the House of Lords, London, for "Promotion of Educational Activities between the United Kingdom and Pakistan".

Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire. OBE
In the June 2008 Queen's Birthday Honours, Azra Meadows was awarded an OBE for "Services to UK and International Community Relations".
She was decorated with the award at Buckingham Palace in November 2008 by His Royal Highness Prince Charles, Prince of Wales.

In 1995 Peter Meadows was awarded a Geotechnical Medal by the United Kingdom Institution of Civil Engineers.

Sitara-i-Quaid-i-Azam. Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
In 2005 Peter Meadows was decorated with the award of Sitara-i-Quaid-i-Azam by the Islamic Republic of Pakistan for "Services to Pakistan" in the field of education and the environment. The Sitara-i-Quaid-i-Azam is one of the highest awards given by the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to foreigners, only two or three being awarded annually.
The award is named after the Founder of Pakistan, Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
