Device Modelling Group

A huge congratulation to Christian who published his second journal paper in Physical Review B. The paper has a title "Shockley-Read-Hall recombination and trap levels in ${\text{In}}_{0.53}{\text{Ga}}_{0.47}\text{As}$ point defects from first principles" and it shows his work in our H2020 European project DESIGN-EID.
