■ Critically evaluate numerous methods which have been suggested to enhance exercise performance

■ Critically discuss the mechanisms which underlie the purported ergogenic action of the above methods

■ Critically evaluate the evidence supporting the efficacy of popular ergogenic aids

■ Identify areas where further study is required to support or refute a suggested ergogenic aid

■ Develop an evidence-based plan to enhance exercise performance

Minimum Requirement for Award of Credits
