Career boost for international students in partnership with University of Birmingham

The University of Glasgow and University of Birmingham, which are both ranked in the top 100 in the QS World University rankings, have launched an exclusive partnership with JOBShaigui, a leading graduate career support organisation, to help graduates kick-start their careers after finishing their degrees in the UK.
Chinese students coming to study at two highly ranked, leading UK universities will now benefit from specialist support to help them with their job search on returning to their home country.
University of Glasgow and University of Birmingham, which are both ranked in the top 100 in the QS World University rankings, have launched an exclusive partnership with JOBShaigui, a leading graduate career support organisation, to help graduates kick-start their careers after finishing their degrees in the UK. JOBShaigui have an excellent reputation in China and extensive reach to top employers. The partnership is the first phase of a broader initiative, which offers additional support to international students after graduation.
JOBShaigui will offer a range of bespoke solutions including online seminars with up-to-date information on the Chinese job market, advice on navigating recruitment processes and priority access to their large network of top employers; in addition to in-country networking events with alumni and employers building on the extensive networks of both universities and JOBShaigui.

The University of Glasgow and University of Birmingham will announce a bespoke package for Indian students in the coming weeks, including a dedicated graduate careers support post based in India.
Chinese and Indian students will also enjoy enhanced career support while they study. Working with partners in these countries, the universities will build on their existing strong links to top employers and over 400,000 exceptional alumni, supporting access to work opportunities, and up to date advice.
