Ready to discover and develop your skills? We’re excited to launch the new Skills and Experiences Hub - a brand-new resource created for students, with students. Whether you want to understand the skills you’re already building, develop new ones or get better at communicating your experience, you’ll find practical toolkits and resources to help you along the way.
We're excited to launch the new Skills and Experiences Hub, a brand-new resource created for students, with students, where you can find toolkits and resources to help you understand, develop and communicate the skills you’re building every day.
Through your degree, part-time work, volunteering, extra-curricular activities and more, you’re continuously gaining skills that matter now and in the future. The new Skills and Experiences Hub can support you to:
- Understand and describe the transferable skills you are developing across your degree and wider student life using the Transferable Skills Language
- Recognise where you are already using these skills and how you can evidence and articulate them confidently using the Transferable Skills Profiles
- Explore and strengthen your skills using the Skills Tools, including a quiz to help identify your strengths, a Skills Action Plan to help set goals and track progress, and guides to the skills typically developed within your degree
- Make the most of the Experience Hub to help you find opportunities where you can develop your skills
