Lower thirds

The lower thirds strap should be used for the subject’s name, while the bottom line should be used for their title, role or organisation. A dynamic motion graphics template (.mogrt) of the lower thirds for Adobe Premiere Pro can be downloaded from the University of Glasgow video library. It must be uploaded to the Adobe Premiere Pro project graphics panel, and once loaded into the sequence, the subject’s name and role can be changed, with the animation adapting automatically.

Users of other video editing software can use the static version of the lower thirds, which can be downloaded in Photoshop and PNG formats.
