17 Feb - IPSOS start to phone those who have yet to complete the questionnaire

19 Feb: Second email reminder

20 Feb until 30 April: Email & Phone follow-up

 * Targeted reminder emails and telephone calls will be made to all students who have not responded, particularly focusing on providers and subjects which have not met the publication threshold at this stage. There will be a maximum number of calls made by IPSOS.
