Employee and Organisational Development have spaces available on the following workshops during the month of November.
Working with Change on 7 November
This course is for managers who are introducing change in their area and need to plan the process and effectively manage their team through change.
Managing Teams on 9 November
This workshop is an introduction to managing teams and explores the key skills, knowledge and practices that encourage and foster teams to be the best they can be to achieve their aims and ambitions.
Managing Change on 29 November
This workshop is suitable for anyone who is managing a change programme or leading a team through change.
