SIM card collection and EE mobile porting have been delayed
For those mobile users expecting to port over to the EE network, the University regrets to inform you that SIM card collection arrangements have been further delayed.
The University’s contract with EE – a sub-division of BT – has been postponed until further notice. Users of mobile phones on different networks who are affected by this delay should receive a text from BT or EE to advise them of further details.
Mobile phone users on non-EE networks will continue to receive normal service on their own networks.
The University apologises for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
