The Race At Work Survey 2018 is open until 18 May.

The University’s Race Equality Champion Professor John Briggs and the Race Equality Group would like to highlight the latest UK-wide Race at Work survey 2018, sponsored by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and delivered in partnership with YouGov.

This 2018 survey will build upon the findings from the previous UK-wide survey, held in 2015.

Business in the Community is keen for working people from all ethnicities to complete the short survey, which should will take approximately 13 minutes to complete.

The new survey questions examine the following workplace issues:

  • How to talk about race
  • Pay gap monitoring and reporting
  • Progression
  • Recruitment
  • Workplace bullying and harassment

The research is managed independently by YouGov on behalf of Business in the Community – The Prince’s Responsible Business Network. Business in the Community is a business-led membership organisation made up of progressive businesses of all sizes who understand that the prosperity of business and society are mutually dependent.

All work is carried out in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct and in compliance with UK data protection legislation.
