Essential Information for Staff
The Campus is starting to come to life again and we are looking forward to welcoming our new and continuing students for the 2017/18 session.
Over 28,000 students have received their “Access Your Student Account” email, granting them access to registration, enrolment and various systems. 60% of students have now fully registered!
The Transitions Working Group are keen that staff have essential information to support all new students starting in September 2017 and enhance the student experience. A booklet has been compiled containing information and links including:
- Welcome events
- Academic inductions
- Freshers’ Week
- Postgraduate Welcome Fortnight
- Campus facilities and Unions
- Registration and Enrolment assistance
- Campus Card collection
- Wi-Fi setup and computer locations
It is hoped that the information will help staff to assist new students or direct them to the most appropriate service.
