Cyclists who use the University’s Garscube estate are reminded to be aware of the safety of pedestrians. 

Signs on the campus clearly indicate that there is a speed limit of 10mph but feedback suggests that this is not always followed and that there have been some “near-misses” recently.

With the nights drawing in now that we are in autumn, safety on university grounds is an increasing concern and we would urge cyclists to take special care.
