Think Pink founder nominated for STV Hero

Lynn Murray, founder of Think Pink Scotland, has been nominated for an STV Hero award and will feature on STV Heroes on Friday 25th October at 8pm.
Lynn Murray, founder of Think Pink Scotland, has been nominated for an STV Hero award and will feature on STV Heroes on Friday 25th October at 8pm.
STV recently visited the Beatson Translational Cancer Research Centre to film Lynn in the lab funded by Think Pink. Lynn and four of her friends established Think Pink Scotland with the aim of raising funds for breast cancer research through the Beatson TCRC. Think Pink originally aimed to raise £10,000 and have now raised over £350,000.

Lynn has been nominated in the Courage award category. Voting in the relevant categories opens when each programme finishes and winners will be announced on STV in RBS: Finding Scotland’s Real Heroes Awards Ceremony on Friday November 15.
