Staff, retired staff, graduates and friends are warmly invited to the University of Glasgow Christmas Dinner. This year's dinner will take place on Saturday, 7 December at 7pm in the Bute Hall at the University.

Staff, retired staff, graduates and friends are warmly invited to the University of Glasgow Christmas Dinner. This year's dinner will take place on Saturday, 7 December at 7pm in the spectacular setting of the Bute Hall at the University.

The Chancellor, Professor Sir Kenneth Calman, will preside and propose the Toast Olim Socii, and the Reply will be given by the Principal, Professor Anton Muscatelli.

During the evening the Young Alumnus of the Year award will be presented to Ms Karina Atkinson (BSc, 2007) for her conservation work in Paraguay.

This year you will be able to buy your Christmas gifts from the University Online Gift Shop  and collect them at the Christmas Dinner. Guests of the Christmas dinner will also receive an exclusive 15% off their purchases. The Official University Christmas card and 2014 calendars and diaries are also available now. All profit from the shop is donated to the University.
