BERA/BCF/Routledge Prize 2013

The BERA/BCF/Routledge Prize 2013 has been awarded to the School of Education Research Project and Glasgow Partner Schools

The research project "Journeys from Images to Words", funded by the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, has been awarded The British Education Research Association/ British Curriculum  Foundation/Routledge Prize 2013  for joint development work between schools and universities. 

The team was led by Dr Evelyn Arizpe (PI) and included  Ms Julie McAdam, Dr Maureen Farrell, Dr Alison Devlin and Ms Caroline Bagelman.BERA - BCF winners

An Award ceremony was held at the School of Education on 21st November 2013 in which the Glasgow partner schools, Holy Cross Primary School and St Martha’s Primary  School were handed a certificate and their share of the  £2000 prize. The project website can be accessed here:
