The University hosted a delegation from Renmin University, China, on the 20 of March

Chinese delegation The University hosted a delegation from Renmin University, China, on the 20 of March. The delegation was led by Vice President Professor Yang Huilin and included Ms. Cheng Xin the Deputy Director of the International Office and Ms. Wang Yu who work within the International Office.

Renmin is located in Beijing and is a top 20 university in China and a member of the prestigious 211 and 985 projects, national initiatives to develop first class Chinese universities. The delegates discussed potential for a number of new collaborations with the University of Glasgow in the areas of Arts and Social Sciences.
