Law Workshop
The Law Workshop is a library and quiet study space for law students and staff.
Opening Hours & Location
Open during semester time:
- Monday - Friday: 09:15 - 16:45
Entrance is through the rear of 8 Professors’ Square. You will need your student or staff card to swipe for access.
Borrowing, Renewals & Reference Material
To locate books, law reports or journals, use:
Borrowing
- High-demand items: 24-hour loan, borrow/return via self-service machine, no renewals
- Monographs: Borrow up to 4 weeks, issued at the front desk
- Law reports & periodicals: Reference only, not for loan
Renewals
Books (not high-demand) may be renewed unless required by another reader.
Reference Material
Reference works (directories, law firm info, dictionaries, atlases) are available beside the Enquiry Desk.
Membership & Contact
The Workshop is open to all students taking courses in the School of Law.
