Teams Voice

The University of Glasgow is moving away from physical phones to use Microsoft Teams Voice for all external and internal calls.

Guidance will be available as Teams Voice is rolled out in phases across campus

  • Provision of a support centre that provides a range of options for internal support, student recruitment and support services within the University, with capability to implement omni-channel contact centre – including telephony, email, web chat and social media
