Sizing Information
Your posters can be ordered in two sizes:
- A1 (841mm x 594mm)
- A0 (1189mm x 841mm) portrait only
Each presenter will share a posterboard with another presenter. Your half of the board will be 966mm wide by 960mm high. An A1 will fit within the space in either portrait or landscape orientation, an A0 will fit in portrait (hanging slightly off the bottom of the frame) but will not fit in landscape. Please keep this in mind when designing your poster.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
966mm by 960mm is the size of the poster board - please do not set your file up at these dimensions, please use A1 or A0 instead. The posters are produced on a roll that is 841mm wide.

- A1 - £40.00 plus VAT
- A0 - £58.00 plus VAT
Standard Turnaround - ready within three working days if order placed by 12:30pm.
Priority Turnaround Pricing
- A1 - £40.00 plus VAT, plus £30.00 Priority charge
- A0 - £58.00 plus VAT, plus £30.00 Priority charge
Priority Turnaround - ready next working day if order placed by 12:30pm.
VAT (Value Added Tax) is charged at 20%.
