Book Launch: Knitting in Scotland
Join us to celebrate the end of the Fleece to Fashion: Cultures and Economies of Knitting in Scotland project and to discuss our new book Knitting in Scotland: Culture, Craft and Industry. Members of the project team including - Lynn Abrams, Sally Tuckett and Marina Moskowitz - will be joined by Dr Jade Halbert, University of Leeds, to discuss the key findings of the book, the highlights of the project, and to see first-hand some of the knitted garments that were at the centre of our work.
