Time, Trust, and Truth is a public event exploring how trust in information is built, lost, and sometimes repaired — and how timing shapes what we believe. Bringing together researchers in philosophy and the social sciences, the event will examine big questions about truth, testimony, and the long history of misinformation, alongside contemporary propaganda and strategic communication. Through short, accessible talks and open discussion, we will explore how ideas gain authority, how narratives endure or resurface, and how power influences belief. Designed for a general audience, the event invites everyone to reflect on trust, truth, and public life today.
