Artist Meets Researcher
Artist Meets Researcher is a new event series hosted by the Media Subject Group at the University of Glasgow designed to showcases creative research practice and foster healthy collaborations. Highlighting new work and methods for creative partnerships, our events aim to provide a space for artists and researchers to come together to share experiences, ideas and perspectives for communicating research through art, and infuse more creativity into research processes. Taking a broad view of both 'art' and 'research', all academic disciplines, creative materials and types of making will be welcome. Our first event focuses on visual communications, featuring ways that illustration, graphic design and visual curation can explore, enhance and increase engagement with research.
