Join us during Race Equality Week (3-9 February) for an informative session about understanding and addressing hate crimes. This free online seminar for University of Glasgow staff and students will take place via Zoom on Wednesday, 5th February, delivered in partnership with On Your Side and Thinking Culture.
This hour-long session will cover:
- Understanding what constitutes hate crimes and incidents
- Practical steps to take if you experience racism or hate in schools, workplaces, streets, online, or other public spaces
- Available support services through On Your Side
While open to everyone, this event is particularly relevant for people from the global majority who may be at risk of experiencing hate incidents or crimes.
