Join Vicky from The Little Foragers Kitchen for an urban forage, and discover the wild food and medicine growing on your doorstep.
You will learn:
- How to forage sustainably and safely
- Foraging and the law
- How to make herbal teas and infusions
- How to identify common plants in an urban setting
- How to process, cook and preserve your harvest
- Some of the mythology and folklore surrounding our green friends
These events will also involve a nature hunt for any children taking part, and each participant will receive an email afterwards with a list of all the plants we met, along with some recipes to help you get started.
So, meet us outside the ARC to start your West End foraging journey!
