In this webinar, we will explore the latest evidence from research by the UK Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence (funded by CIH Scotland in partnership with Fife Council) on the housing affordability problems associated with LHA and its impact on the Scottish PRS. We will also discuss difficulties in reaching a clear sense of what is and is not affordable, the quality of existing data, other methodological questions regarding rent informaion, and policy recommendations for expanding affordable housing supply.
